SlovenskiWhen integrating pressure and temperature monitoring into demanding systems, the choice of sensor material directly impacts service life and measurement accuracy. The SS316L stainless steel platform provides exceptional corrosion resistance against acids, chlorides, and alkaline solutions, making it a trusted standard in chemical, marine, and food processing industries. Our product family spans multiple signal outputs to match any control architecture. The 0.5-4.5v IP65 Waterproof Sensor Pressure Temperature variant delivers ratiometric voltage directly to compact PLCs and data loggers, fully sealed against washdown environments. For legacy 4-20mA current loops, the 4-20ma Output Presion Sensor Pressure Temperature ensures noise-immune transmission over long cable runs. Designs requiring digital bus communication benefit from the I2C Digital Output Presion Sensor Pressure Temperature, offering direct microprocessor connectivity with on-board temperature compensation. In aggressive media where standard stainless steel may degrade, the Hastelloy C Base Sensor Pressure Temperature upgrades the wetted parts to survive sulfuric and hydrochloric acid exposure. Each model shares the same core thin-film sensing element and digital calibration, yet the SS316L housing forms the backbone of this versatile series.
The SS316L Material Pressure Temperature Sensor merges dual-parameter measurement into one explosion-proof rated, field-serviceable instrument. By eliminating the need for separate pressure and temperature transmitters, it reduces process penetrations, wiring, and inventory. The sensor employs a sputtered thin-film strain gauge on a SS316L diaphragm, isolated from the media by a welded SS316L front face. A platinum RTD element sits directly behind the diaphragm, capturing true media temperature with a rapid thermal response. This construction allows simultaneous 4-20mA outputs for pressure and temperature, or a single Modbus RTU stream containing both values.
Pressure ranges span from vacuum measurement up to 600 bar, with gauge, absolute, and sealed gauge references available. The temperature channel operates from -40 to 150°C at the sensing face, while the amplifier electronics tolerate -20 to 85°C ambient. Accuracy for the pressure channel reaches ±0.25% FS over the compensated range, including linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability. The temperature output holds ±0.3°C total accuracy from 0 to 100°C. Long-term stability is typically better than 0.1% FS per year under static conditions. The sensor accepts 8-32 VDC supply and draws less than 4 mA during operation, enabling intrinsic safety barriers when required.

Installation flexibility is enhanced by the sensor’s modular approach. Users can select from a range of electrical connectors and pressure ports without affecting performance. The SS316L Material Pressure Temperature Sensor performs exceptionally in hydraulic power units, refrigeration compressors, water treatment skids, and test benches where simultaneous pressure and temperature data drive efficiency and safety interlocks. With its thin-film technology and digital compensation, the sensor maintains accuracy across wide temperature swings, eliminating the drift common in oil-filled piezoresistive alternatives. Every unit is delivered with a six-point calibration certificate and a configurable pin assignment to match existing harnesses.
