The SS316L IP65 Waterproof Sensor Pressure Temperature is engineered as a dual-parameter node that measures media pressure and temperature simultaneously through a single process connection. The sensing element utilizes a silicon piezoresistive die oil-filled and isolated behind a flush 316L stainless steel diaphragm, while a platinum RTD element is bonded adjacent to the diaphragm for rapid thermal equilibrium. All wetted components, including the housing, hex drive, and pressure port, are machined from vacuum-melted 316L bar stock with a surface roughness below Ra 0.8 µm certified by 3.1 material traceability. Electrical termination is achieved via an M12 circular connector with gold-plated contacts, and the internal electronics cavity is potted under vacuum to eliminate moisture ingress during thermal cycling.
